Please do not rush or spam me. I will do my utmost best to maintain communication with you and provide updates. If you require a commission completed by a specific time, communicate that with me

Please treat me with respect. Insults, slurs, and disrespect will not be tolerated and will result in cancelltion and blacklisting

Communicate openly any alterations, details, and edits necessary to the piece

Be as clear and precise as possible when commissioning

I post notifications of delays frequently to my Telegram channel, but I will do my best to contact you directly to notify you

Payment is accepted via PayPal, CashApp, and Wise

Payment plans are available if the total exceeds $100 USD

I will not begin work until at least 50% of payment is received

I will not continue beyond the sketch phase until payment is completed in full

Prices can and will increase based on complexity

Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise

Alterations and edits after completion will be subject to fees

Major alterations/re-works will be subject to fees regardless of completion status

Rush fees will be incurred if you require your commission to be done within one week (7 days, including weekends) unless stated otherwise

Refunds are permitted in increments based on where the commission is in the production process

If you file a chargeback you will be blacklisted from receiving art from me ever again be it a commission, trade, request, etc.

Refunds are not permitted in the event of buyer's remorse. Be certain you want to work with me before paying

You may not, under any circumstance, claim my work as your own

You may not cover/obscure, blur, or remove my watermark or signature

You may not trace, edit, reference, alter, or change my work in any form. This includes if you have cancelled/refunded a commission

You may not have someone else edit, alter, or change my work in any form. This includes commissioning another artist to work off of what I have done

You may post your commissioned piece anywhere as long as my watermark is visible and credit is provided (a link to this carrd counts)

You may not use my work in any way, shape, or form for the purpose of AI or AI training, NFTs, for your profit, or similar

You may not use my work to promote hate speech, bigotry, scams, or offensive content

You may only use my work on merchandise if it has been already discussed with me (eg. you commission a personal keychain design)

If you commission me for merchandise you wish to sell, I require a written and notarized contract for 50% of profits in royalties, excluding production cost

I have the right to post, display, and use your commissioned art piece for portfolio purposes

I retain full rights to the commissioned art piece

If you do not want your commissioned piece posted, I will require a 10% privacy fee

You may include my concept art in art books or similar with appropriate credit. Appropriate credit is considered my name, artist name, and a link to this carrd where applicable

You may not trace or edit the concept art itself

You may reference the concept art for production of the project it was made for

You may not reference the concept art for production of a different project
